About Al Hilal
Al Hilal is a bustling neighborhood in Doha, divided into Al Hilal West and Al Hilal East. This residential area boasts a lively atmosphere, with plenty of restaurants, retail shops, and other amenities.
Located in the lower part of Doha, Al Hilal is bordered by Najma and Al Mansoura to the north, Doha International Airport to the east, Old Airport and Nuaija to the south, and New Salata to the west.
The neighborhood is known for its spacious residences, and it was once home to the Embassy of India, Doha, which previously had its headquarters in the area.

Metro Stations in Al Hilal
Al Hilal East has access to two metro stations on the Red Line:
- Al Matar Al Qadeem - South East side
- Umm Ghuwailina - North East side
Metrolink
Metro passengers can take the Metrolink or free buses from Al Matar Al Qadeem and Umm Ghuwailina stations to reach Al Hilal.
