About Al Kharaitiyat
Al Kharaitiyat is a neighborhood located in the municipality of Umm Salal in Qatar. Ashgal had started rapidly developing the area in 2015, by creating a large infrastructure project in the area. The project involved developing Al Kharaitiyat with Al Froosh over an area of 1.87 million square meters to include 420 residential units, 17.4 km of sewage, and an additional 22.7km of road.
Properties in Al Kharaitiyat include apartments and villas for rent, as well as a few villas for sale. The area is home to a couple of landmarks such as Al Kharaitiyat SC and Al Kharaitiyat Family Park. It also has a few schools, making it good for families. Doha Festival City mall is located right across Al Kharaitiyat.
