About Umm Qarn
Umm Qarn is a village in the municipality of Al Daayen, Qatar. It’s located off Al Shamal Highway in eastern Qatar, roughly 35 km from Doha, in the north of Al Daayen Municipality. It neighbors the villages of Abu Thaylah and Simaisma.
Umm Qarn is home to the municipal office and is the administrative seat of Al Daayen Municipality. The municipality is developing Umm Qarn as a commercial and administrative hub for its northern settlements such as Simaisma.
Since the area is still being developed, property options are quite limited. However, there are a couple of villas for sale and rent in Umm Qarn, as well as a few apartments for rent.
