The Weekly Real Estate Bulletin is public and accessible to anyone to ensure transparency in the real estate market. The bulletin covers all properties sold across Qatar, both residential and commercial.
Volume and Value
Q2 of 2023 recorded 755 property sales transactions in terms of volume and 4,206,025,288 Qatari Riyals in value. 44% of the property sales deals took place during the month of May; a total of 337 sales transactions were recorded, totalling a value of 1,853,196,466 Qatari Riyals, followed by June, at 262 deals and 1,413,148,810 Riyals in value.
Top Valuable Transactions

Property Sales Transactions by Municipality
Diving into where these real estate sales transactions took place on the level of municipalities, Al Rayyan ranks first (24.14%), followed by Doha (22.68%) and Al Daayen (18.30%). The remaining were scattered between Al Wakrah (12.33%), Umm Salal (11.14%), Al Khor and Al Dakhira (6.76%) and Al Shamal (4.64%).
