Congratulations to Christina for being chosen as April’s Awesome Agent!
Christina has had a very successful month, generating over 50K in rental units in March alone for NelsonPark Property. Working with many different clients throughout the month, she worked very hard at follow up and providing excellent customer service. She was also able to negotiate a lease contract signed in March, with the lease not starting until August as she was able to persuade the landlord to keep the property available for a very important client. Her knowledge of properties, the amenities, terms and conditions which work for the landlords as well as fine details of expected utility bills for various compounds, has given her an informational edge over other agents in the market.

1. What is one thing you do as a broker that differentiates you from others?
I know the market well and I am very good at listening to my clients. I understand their needs and their expectations so I can help them find the right property.

Propertyfinder has helped us succeed tremendously by providing us with a very high standard program which is easy to use for both agents and clients.

I love Qatar because I am able to meet and work with people from all over the world. Furthermore, there are great opportunities here in Doha as the city is developing.
