Have you outgrown your current home Do you want to move closer to work or school? In a nutshell, is it time to move? Let’s find out!
1. Have you/your family outgrown the space?
One of the easiest signs that tell you that you need to make a move is space. If you don’t have room for anything anymore and your family is expanding quicker than the living space can handle, then it’s time to make that move.
2. Are you spending a lot of time in your car?
It comes as no surprise that living and working in Qatar comes with a commute. But, do you feel like you’re actually spending more time in the car these days? If your commute is taking over your day, then it could be time to make a move.
3. Do you need a different neighborhood?
Maybe you need a child-friendly neighborhood? Or something that is geared towards adults? Or how about a compound where the kids can play? A change in neighborhood can sometimes be necessary, and also a valid reason to move homes.
4. Are you happy with the management?
Building management is a very important aspect of being comfortable at home. Do they handle complaints quickly and efficiently? Do they maintain and uphold the building properly? If not, then dealing with bad management can be daunting and possibly, a deal breaker.
5. Are there better options in the same price range?
The real estate market is always fluctuating, so have you found yourself a deal that is just too good to give up? Or has your rent gone up unexpectedly? Then that is also another reason that warrants moving.
6. Do you need a change?
Do you feel like you need a change of scenery? Or feel like you have outgrown the home and the neighborhood? Moving can be the change you’re looking for, but make sure that you calculate all the costs involved before making a final decision.
